Guest-Greeting Pine Youth Volunteer Station
2024Team Leader
Guest-Greeting Pine Youth Volunteer Station is an initiative spearheaded by the Communist Youth League Anhui Provincial Committee, designed as a connection and service platform specifically for Anhui-origin students studying at Hunan University. The hub aims to unite the strength of Anhui's youth by organizing volunteer service projects—particularly those focused on contributing to Anhui's development—guiding students to give back to their hometown through practical engagement. At the same time, it provides timely updates and matches students with high-quality local job opportunities and policy information in Anhui, building a bridge for those who wish to return and contribute to their hometown's growth, thereby supporting the return of young talent to Anhui for joint development.
Hunan University Postgraduate Association
2024Executive Committee Member
Over the past year, I have worked alongside my campus peers to plan and organize a variety of colorful campus activities, such as the Campus Singing Competition, cheerleading contests, cross-country runs, book-sharing sessions, and career exchange forums. These events have not only added vibrancy to student life but have also provided meaningful support to those in need—for instance, helping new students integrate into the community more quickly and offering graduating seniors a platform to connect with employers, thereby supporting their transition into the workplace. Being part of organizing these meaningful initiatives and witnessing the positive impact they brought to my fellow students has been deeply fulfilling. It has allowed me to appreciate the value of contribution and collaboration. This experience has reinforced my belief that campus activities are not merely extensions of academic life, but vital platforms for fostering warmth, support, and growth within our community.
Remote Mountainous Area Educational Outreach Program
2017Team Leader
In the summer of 2017, our volunteer group organized and implemented a month-long educational outreach program at a small primary school in a remote mountainous region. The core aim of the project was to provide enriching extracurricular engagement and emotional companionship during the children's summer break. We designed informal sessions to introduce broader perspectives and university life, while daily interactive activities like group drawing and singing fostered a supportive and joyful atmosphere. The program successfully created a positive environment for the students during the long vacation, and concluded as a meaningful exchange that left both the children and our team with a lasting sense of connection and shared warmth.
